How to Perform

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Place a PVC pipe vertically along the spine, maintaining contact with the head, upper back, and sacrum.

  1. Brace your core and maintain the three points of contact with the pipe.
  2. Push your hips back to initiate the hinge.
  3. Lower your torso forward while keeping a slight bend in the knees.
  4. Descend until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings.
  5. Drive through the heels to return to the starting position.
  6. Squeeze your glutes at the top.
